Rewards are used first, followed by Unlimited country then regional plans, then fixed country then regional Data Plans, then Credits. An active underlying fixed Data Plan continues its 30-day clock while Unlimited is used. Reaching the Unlimited fair-use threshold does not automatically switch to Credits; a manual switch can restore full-speed use billed to another product.

Refund requests may be considered for a device without eSIM support or a carrier-locked device that cannot be unlocked; evidence is requested through in-app support. Temporary solvable connectivity issues do not qualify. After usage starts, remaining pay-as-you-go Credits and the unused portion of a 30-day Data Plan cannot be refunded under the help guidance.
