Airalo
Activation
Most plans start on a supported network connection, while some start upon installation. Check the exact package validity policy.
Applies to: General guidance; exact activation rule was not verified for the recorded products.
Official source ↗Hotspot
Personal hotspot permitted without a separate device-count/tethering limit in the unlimited FUP; shared traffic counts toward the high-speed threshold.
Applies to: Unlimited plans covered by Airalo general FUP, personal noncommercial usage.
Official source ↗Roamless
Activation
30 days from first KB of plan use; the running validity cannot be paused. An unactivated fixed Data Plan remains ready for use for 18 months after purchase. Installing the reusable eSIM is separate from consuming data.
Applies to: Fixed country Data Plans (FIX); not Unlimited or pay-as-you-go Credits
Official source ↗Hotspot
Tethering is supported, consumes the same plan allowance and has no separate stated hotspot cap.
Applies to: Fixed Data Plans; supported phone/OS required
Official source ↗Topup
Buy another Data Plan or Unlimited Plan on the same eSIM, or add Roamless Credits for pay-as-you-go use. Unlimited does not auto-renew; only one Unlimited Plan runs at a time. Do not describe buying another plan as extending an existing active fixed validity.
Applies to: Reusable eSIM; fixed, Unlimited and Credits are separate products
Official source ↗Refund
Refund requests may be considered for a device without eSIM support or a carrier-locked device that cannot be unlocked; evidence is requested through in-app support. Temporary solvable connectivity issues do not qualify. After usage starts, remaining pay-as-you-go Credits and the unused portion of a 30-day Data Plan cannot be refunded under the help guidance.
Applies to: Help article explicitly addresses Credits and fixed 30-day Data Plans; not an unconditional Unlimited refund promise
