Keep Auto-renewal disabled for one-time use; enabling it renews at expiry or data exhaustion. Unused expiring data is not converted into lifetime data by buying a non-expiring balance. Checkout and the default renewal-toggle state were not verified; confirm Auto-renewal OFF before payment. These SKUs are not inherently nonrenewing.

Usage above 10% and digital-service restrictions under local regulations exclude refunds. Review is case by case; using less does not guarantee eligibility. BNE Wallet credit is primary; original-payment refund can be requested. Processing after approval: wallet24hours, original payment3businessdays, with bank/provider completion potentially up to30days.

Activation
30 days from first KB of plan use; the running validity cannot be paused. An unactivated fixed Data Plan remains ready for use for 18 months after purchase. Installing the reusable eSIM is separate from consuming data.

Refund requests may be considered for a device without eSIM support or a carrier-locked device that cannot be unlocked; evidence is requested through in-app support. Temporary solvable connectivity issues do not qualify. After usage starts, remaining pay-as-you-go Credits and the unused portion of a 30-day Data Plan cannot be refunded under the help guidance.
