Selected local product details list secure top-up. Germany guide allows app top-up without installing a new eSIM. Keep Auto-renewal disabled for one-time use; enabling it renews at expiry or data exhaustion. Unused expiring data is not converted into lifetime data by buying a non-expiring balance. Refund

Unused data plans can qualify within 30 days of purchase, less processing fees. An activated unusable plan caused by Maya can qualify if not fixed within 10 days of the request; qualifying partial network failure can allow a proportional refund. Requests and troubleshooting requirements apply.
