Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak need route-level checks
Holafly describes use across Peninsular Malaysia and Malaysian Borneo, but warns about weaker or unstable service in inland Sabah and Sarawak, rainforests, mountain routes and some island boat journeys. Save maps and travel details before remote excursions; a Malaysia listing does not guarantee reception on every route.
Official terms ↗Keep phone data and laptop sharing separate
Saily fixed packages share one total balance with hotspot use. Holafly Malaysia provides 1 GB of hotspot sharing per day, separately from its unlimited-labelled phone data and network fair-use conditions. Numerical full-speed and reduced-speed thresholds remain unconfirmed.

If the itinerary also includes Singapore, check the exact purchased product’s current country list. The Malaysia country packages recorded here do not establish Singapore coverage. Saily points travellers visiting other countries to regional or global products; each additional stop still needs verification.
Official terms ↗Install before travel and check when validity begins
For the recorded Saily and Holafly Malaysia packages, installation adds the eSIM profile and connection to a supported destination network starts validity under the cited roaming conditions. Saily specifies automatic activation after 180 days if unused; Holafly counts a day as 24 hours from activation. FlexiRoam follows a different rule: activate manually or schedule a date within 90 days of purchase, after which an unused plan automatically activates.

The selected FlexiRoam local packages provide 5, 10 or 20 GB over 30 days. Their displayed USD prices included a public 30% discount without a coupon; confirm eligibility and the checkout total. Choose manual activation or a date within 90 days of purchase; unused plans activate automatically at the deadline. Hotspot is supported, but exact carrier names and a separate numerical hotspot cap remain unconfirmed. These local products do not establish coverage in the neighboring country.
