Identify where the failure happens
Separate three situations: the profile will not install, the installed profile has no service, or the phone has signal but no internet. Write down the exact error and whether you are already inside the package’s coverage area. Check that the phone model supports eSIM, is unlocked for the chosen service and has a working internet connection for installation. Confirm that payment completed and that you are opening the correct purchase in the provider account. These checks narrow the problem more effectively than repeatedly scanning the same code.
If installation fails
Use the provider’s current app, QR or manual installation instructions and a stable internet connection. Check whether the profile already appears in the phone’s SIM list before trying to add it again. An already-used-code message can mean the profile was installed previously or the code has restrictions; it does not prove that the order is invalid. Do not share the QR code publicly or install it on another phone as a test. Update the phone software where appropriate, and ask official support to confirm the next step if the installation still fails.
If the installed eSIM shows no service
First confirm that you have arrived in a covered country and that the package is eligible to start. An installed profile may not register on your home network. Enable the travel line, select it for mobile data and use the roaming setting specified by the seller. Try automatic network selection, unless the provider directs you to a particular supported operator. Briefly turn airplane mode on and off, then restart if needed. Check for a carrier-settings update on iPhone. Coverage varies by location, so try another safe location before assuming the profile is broken.
If there is signal but no internet
Turn Wi-Fi off briefly to establish whether the mobile connection itself works. Verify that data uses the travel SIM, the package is active and its allowance has not expired or run out. Compare any APN fields with the exact provider instructions. Test more than one ordinary website or app: a single unavailable service does not establish a general data failure. Temporarily review optional VPN or filtering settings if they could be interfering, restoring them after the test. If speeds are low rather than absent, check fair-use and hotspot limits as well as local signal.
Escalate with useful evidence, keeping the eSIM installed
Send official support the order reference, destination, phone model, software version, exact error and the steps already tried. Supply screenshots of line or APN settings only through the provider’s secure channel, hiding unrelated numbers and account details. Ask whether there is an outage, account issue, replacement procedure or supported reinstall path. Deletion and network resets can complicate recovery and remove useful settings, so use them only when their consequences are clear. Keep another way online until the provider confirms resolution, and retain the support record if you later request a remedy.
