Singapore to Malaysia needs another coverage check
A Singapore country package does not automatically cover a visit to Malaysia. Saily’s Singapore FAQ explicitly points travelers to a separate Malaysia or regional plan. Before crossing the border, check both countries in the exact purchased coverage list and confirm when each plan activates.
Official terms ↗City coverage is not a signal guarantee
Holafly lists Singtel and describes possible weaker signal underground, inside buildings and in parts of nature reserves or outlying islands such as Pulau Ubin. Save transport details and maps before excursions. Saily did not identify a carrier in the checked technical section, so its network remains unconfirmed.

Saily’s fixed data balance also covers tethered devices. Holafly’s unlimited-labelled phone data has a separate 1 GB/day sharing allowance and network fair-use conditions; the numeric handset high-speed threshold and reduced Mbps were not confirmed. Choose for laptop use as well as phone use.

Install using a working internet connection before travel and follow the instructions for the travel eSIM’s roaming settings. Saily starts on a supported destination network and automatically activates unused plans after 180 days. Holafly also starts on a supported network; its validity day is a 24-hour period from activation.

Saily’s checked fixed packages displayed USD. Holafly’s USD duration table agreed with its product data, while the default purchase widget displayed EUR. These are dated published quotes without conversion or cashback deduction. Ordinary carrier calls and SMS are not included in these data quotes.

The selected FlexiRoam local packages provide 5, 10 or 20 GB over 30 days. Their displayed USD prices included a public 30% discount without a coupon; confirm eligibility and the checkout total. Choose manual activation or a date within 90 days of purchase; unused plans activate automatically at the deadline. Hotspot is supported, but exact carrier names and a separate numerical hotspot cap remain unconfirmed. These local products do not establish coverage in the neighboring country.
